Reporting & Dashboards
Monthly reports that cost two or three days of manual work are not a tool; they are a cost block. Since 2015 I have built reporting, dashboards and company reports for a wide range of companies, with Power BI, SQL, Excel/Pivot and the Projectile Abfrage Manager.
The difference to a pure tool rollout: I first clarify which KPIs actually carry a decision and whether the underlying data supports them. An automated report on bad data is just wrong faster.
