Projectile Implementation
Since 2016 I have been an official Projectile partner of Information Desire Software GmbH. In practice that means countless customer rollouts, version upgrades, custom extensions and interfaces, specified, tested and taken live, for companies from ten-person agencies to organizations with more than 1,000 employees.
Projectile has to adapt to the company’s processes, not the other way around. My role sits exactly there: capturing business requirements, translating them into specifications a development team can implement, and staying with the result until it runs in production.

- Projectile HOAI →Industry solution for engineering and planning firms, co-developed on my specifications: fee calculation by service phase, directly in the ERP.
