Strategy consulting often stops where it gets hard: at execution. My strategic advisory starts exactly there: business model, market entry and staffing are not delivered as a slide deck, but as work on the running business. It is the fifth building block of my interim project management.
Typical questions in this work: Which offering actually carries the business? Which customers come first? At what point does the order book justify the first hire? Decisions like these do not need a consulting report: they need someone who helps prepare them, stands behind them and then works on the execution.
Case: building up a family business in the Hunsrück
Since May 2026 I have been supporting the build-up of Pfisterer Hausmeisterservice und Handwerk in Sohren, strategically and operationally: business model design for a mixed operation of facility services and skilled trades, market entry in the Hunsrück region, winning orders and customers, staffing. Add to that digital visibility: website, Google Business, local directories. A family business in its founding phase has no patience for consulting prose; every recommendation has to show up in next month’s order book. The engagement is documented on about me.
The honest limit: no slides without execution
What I do not offer: strategy papers that end up in a drawer, market studies without consequence, slides as the deliverable. Once a strategy stands, I want to help implement it; otherwise this service is the wrong address. That I mean execution literally shows in my own building: for parking bookings at Frankfurt-Hahn Airport, I developed the myPlace Parking app as product owner and developer, AI-assisted, from requirements to deployment. The same attitude runs through AI automation: applied, not just recommended. Where steering lacks numbers, reporting & dashboards fills the gap.
