Bring:

- The willingness to honestly say where things are stuck
Not needed:
- A detailed briefing (that develops in the conversation)
- All details sorted out (that is exactly what we do together)
- A decision (this conversation is for getting to know each other, not for closing a deal)
What does it cost? Nothing. The initial conversation is free and non-binding.
How Collaboration Works Project work, hourly consulting, workshops, ongoing support
Project Work – For large-scale projects, ERP implementations, data migrations, or M&A integrations. I work with your team, not instead of it.
Hourly Consulting – For ad-hoc questions, sparring, troubleshooting, or targeted support in ongoing projects.
Workshops – Intensive learning formats on ERP, data migration, M&A integration, and AI in business processes. Online or on-site.
Ongoing Support – You have a larger topic and want a regular sparring partner – that can be set up flexibly.
Geographic Focus Remote throughout Germany, on-site in RLP, Hesse, Berlin
Remote throughout Germany. Most work is done remotely. That works well and is more efficient than constant travel.
On-site: Primarily in Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, and Berlin. Other regions are possible but should be planned (travel costs apply).

Insurance: Professional liability insurance for consulting in place
Contracts: For projects >10,000 Euro, I provide a written contract. Contents: scope, duration, costs, milestones, payment terms (typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion), liability, and confidentiality.
Data Protection (GDPR):

- No newsletter, no sharing with third parties
- Contact data is deleted 12 months after last contact
