Transparency notice pursuant to Art. 50 EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689): How Pfisterer Consulting uses artificial intelligence on this website and in consulting.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
In accordance with the transparency obligations under Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act), I disclose the use of artificial intelligence on this website and in my consulting practice.

Some illustrations and visualizations on this website were created using the image generation model FLUX.2 Dev (Black Forest Labs) via the open-source interface ComfyUI. These are labeled “AI-generated” and do not depict real persons or actual events. Portrait and hero images of René Pfisterer are real photographs post-processed with AI tools; they carry the label “AI-edited.”
Not AI-generated: the company logo, project reference screenshots, and manually created diagrams.
Texts and Expert Content
Technical articles, blog posts, and service descriptions are partially created with the support of the language model Claude (Anthropic), for example for research, structuring, or as a drafting aid. All content is reviewed and approved by me before publication. Full editorial responsibility lies with me.
Consulting Projects
In my consulting work, I use AI tools for data analysis, process automation, and documentation. Their use is project-specific and disclosed to clients.
Dialog Systems
An AI-powered dialog system (chatbot) is currently not used on this website. Inquiries by email, phone or appointment booking are handled personally by me.
